Developed by Trammell Crow and designed by Gensler & Associates, the 30 story tower overlooks downtown Houston’s Discovery Green Park.  Renamed Hess Tower when Hess leased the entire building, the pre-certified LEED Gold project was completed in 2010 and includes approximately 1,300 parking spaces in an adjacent multi-level structure and below tower parking.  At the time of completion, the tower will be the tallest building to be built in Houston since 2003.
